Unreserved (Traditional)

Traditional EB5 competing for non-reserved visa numbers. Investment of $1,050,000 or $800,000 in TEA.

Rural (20% Set-Aside)

Investment in rural areas outside MSAs. 20% of EB5 visas reserved. Often faster processing.

High Unemployment (10% Set-Aside)

Investment in areas with 150%+ of national unemployment rate. 10% of EB5 visas reserved.

Infrastructure (2% Set-Aside)

Investment in government-owned infrastructure projects. 2% of EB5 visas reserved.
