Common Questions
What is the EB5 Infrastructure Philippines Final Action Date in the October 2026 Visa Bulletin?
The EB5 Infrastructure Philippines Final Action Date is Current. Every priority date qualifies, so applicants can be approved for a visa or green card without waiting for a cutoff.
What is the EB5 Infrastructure Philippines Dates for Filing in the October 2026 Visa Bulletin?
The EB5 Infrastructure Philippines Dates for Filing is Current. Every applicant can submit documents to the National Visa Center once it invites them, and can file Form I-485 if USCIS accepts this chart for the month.
Did EB5 Infrastructure Philippines move in the October 2026 Visa Bulletin?
No. Neither the Final Action Date nor Dates for Filing changed from the September 2026 bulletin.
Should I use the Final Action Date or the Dates for Filing chart?
It depends on how you apply. The National Visa Center uses Dates for Filing to invite consular processing applicants to submit documents, and a visa is issued only once the Final Action Date passes your priority date. For adjustment of status inside the U.S., USCIS announces each month which chart it accepts for Form I-485 on its Adjustment of Status Filing Charts page.
Why does Philippines have its own EB5 Infrastructure cutoff?
No single country can use more than 7% of the family and employment preference visas available each year. The Visa Bulletin lists China, India, Mexico and the Philippines separately because their demand is high enough to reach that limit, so their cutoffs can fall behind. When demand is below the limit, their dates usually match All Other Countries. Chargeability normally follows country of birth, not citizenship.
